Real Estate Asset Disposition Corp AKA “READ Corp” provides development services for a high volume new home construction Program focused on building single family homes for Wall Street investors in the Build to Rent industry. Additionally, the firm has provided a suite of REO services to the foreclosure industry including the management and sale of more than 12,000 distressed homes.
Private Lending Resource “PLR” and New House Lending “NHL” are privately funded mortgage companies. PLR lends on a broad array of residential, mixed use and commercial projects but not on consumer (owner occupied) property. New House Lending makes mortgage loans to our builders in the Build to Rent Program allowing them to buy the vacant land and begin home construction.
